    Job Description

    Our Client is seeking a Senior Attorney with 6+ years of commercial litigation experience for its Litigation business unit in Phoenix, AZ.  All candidates must have the following experience: substantive trial preparation and courtroom experience, including file responsibility, motion practice, and deposition experience; strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills; and strong academic credentials.  Experience working with e-discovery software is preferred.  Successful candidates will be detail-oriented and organized, and will possess a solid work ethic.  All candidates must currently be licensed to practice law in Arizona. 
     
     
    The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $170,000 -$195,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule.  Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.  This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
