Job Description
- Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and document management for complex litigation matters.
- Draft, proofread, and organize legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
- Coordinate and manage deadlines for filings, discovery, and court appearances.
- Support attorneys during trial preparation and provide assistance during court proceedings as needed.
- Conduct thorough research using legal databases and other resources to gather case-related information.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external counsel to ensure the smooth flow of case-related information.
- Maintain and organize case files, both physical and electronic, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements.

The Successful Applicant
- 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, ideally in a Big Law environment.
- Experience preparing for and attending trial.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and technology, like Relativity and Nuix Discover.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of supporting attorneys in litigation matters.
