Senior Logistics Analyst

VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is seeking aSenior Logistics Analyst to support provisioning and supply support strategy forNavy small unmanned systems. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and maintenance of logistics documentation and deliverables.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of logistics activities to support program acquisition and sustainment objectives.
• Engage with stakeholders and build relationships with program acquisition, logistics, and field activity teams to facilitate decisions and effectiveness.
• Engage with stakeholders across program acquisition, logistics, engineering, and field activity teams to facilitate coordination and support program execution.
• Develop presentations, facilitate brief updates, provide meeting support, and track action items in support of program leadership.
• Collect, organize, and analyze logistics and program data to support planning, reporting, and risk identification.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environment.
• Successfully manage and prioritize multiple projectswhile working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced program environment

Basic Qualifications:

• 6 years of Navyacquisition and life cyclelogistics Integrated Product Support (IPS), life cycle logistics, or sustainment roles
• Experience with performance-based logistics, supply chain management, and sustainment metrics
• Experience with logistics information systems, data analytics, and digital product support tools
• Experience supporting program documentation, briefings, and meeting coordination utilizing Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition and sustainment policy, the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF), and the 12 IPS Elements
  Active DoD Secret Clearance required

Additional (Highly Desired) Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Knowledge ofunmanned systems
• Acquisition Certifications

Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $125,000.00to $135,000.00(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
