Senior Machine Learning Engineer (AI Integration)

Recroot is looking for a highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with expertise in AI integration to join a cutting-edge team. As part of this role, you will develop, implement, and integrate machine learning models into scalable AI systems. You'll be collaborating with data scientists, developers, and stakeholders to drive AI-driven solutions that will transform how companies harness the power of machine learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate scalable machine learning models into production systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Optimize and deploy machine learning models, ensuring they meet performance and scalability standards.
• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate them into solutions.
• Led AI-driven projects from inception to deployment, ensuring the successful integration of ML solutions into various business applications.
• Develop and maintain robust model training, testing, and validation pipelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI model integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks.
• Proven experience deploying machine learning models with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
• Experience with MLOps and automating the deployment and monitoring of models in production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on integrating AI solutions into production environments.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in reinforcement learning or federated learning.
• Prior experience in leading AI/ML projects in a startup environment.
• Familiarity with AI ethics, model interpretability, and explainability techniques.
