    Job Description

    Location: West Virginia, USA (Hybrid)

    5-years contract.

    5 years experience:

    - Mainframe Application development using COBOL, CICS, and JCL
    - Relational Database
    - Analysis and Design

    3 years experience:
    - Experience as a lead analyst or in a senior analyst role

    - Must have a minimum of a Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or a related filed from an accredited institution or a minimum of five (5) years if equivalent work experience
