Senior Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM, with occasional Friday overtime

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join a well-established, global manufacturing company. This position is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining industrial production equipment to ensure maximum reliability and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery, including bearings, belts, motors, and other mechanical components.

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

• Diagnose equipment failures using multimeters, schematics, and other diagnostic tools.

• Install, maintain, and repair production machinery and facility equipment.

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, performance, and production efficiency.

• Document maintenance activities and preventive maintenance tasks using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

• Coordinate with production teams to schedule repairs and minimize downtime.

• Assist with equipment installations, start-ups, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment required.

• Strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills.

• Experience maintaining and repairing industrial production machinery.

• Ability to diagnose equipment failures and perform repairs independently.

• Experience using diagnostic tools and reading technical documentation.

• Basic computer skills; CMMS experience preferred.

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.

• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, and work at heights as needed.
