JOB SUMMARY
Under the general direction of the Director of Finance, coordinates and supervises the preparation of complex fiscal, operational and management studies and analyses of various Board of Education programs, operations and policies; plan, directs and monitor the procurement of goods and services; performs other related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degrees in Finance, Accounting, Business or Public Administration and seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the field of purchasing, financial, operational or procedural analysis/auditing of which four (4) shall have been in a supervisory capacity. A Masters Degree in accounting, finance, business or public administration or a closely related field may substitute for One (1) year of experience.
SCOPE OF EXAMINATION
Qualified applicants will be evaluated, scored and ranked on their level and quality of related experience, education and training documented on the application and supplementary questions.
