The ideal candidate will bring a blend of hands-on analytics expertise, stakeholder management, and team leadership experience, along with the ability to translate business challenges into scalable data solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage offshore teams delivering supply chain analytics.
Be able to think from client's business standpoint aligning all program executions to right business outcomes or aligned to business needs
Bring in domain construct to the tech teams and help them understand/apply it
Augment the BAs and Architects in discussions/conversations with domain knowledge
Advisor to client and guide to TA/Vendor/Partner team in Supply Chain domain related info
Proactively think through what could be effective as an org to implement/augment during separation process to enhance its capabilities as a new MedTech company
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Guide and mentor teams of business analysts and data professionals to deliver high-impact solutions
Architect and design scalable data analytics frameworks and solutions
Apply advanced analytics techniques (Machine Learning, AI, Optimization, Operations Research) to solve business problems
Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and structure data using SQL and related tools
Translate complex analytical outputs into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders
