    • Strong business acumen and analytical judgment, with the ability to interpret complex data and convert it into actionable insights.
    • Experience leading teams, managing competing priorities, and delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
    • Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics Cloud, or comparable enterprise platforms.
    • Required data modeling skills and ability to architect scalable business intelligence and reporting solutions, including semantic models, governed data definitions, and reusable reporting layers.
    • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and present clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

    Preferred:

    • Experience in regulated, public-company, SOX, or audit-sensitive reporting environments.
    • Proven ability to deliver executive-level reporting, governed data definitions, and scalable analytical solutions in a complex organization.
    • Experience leading transformation, automation, reporting standardization, or separation-readiness initiatives.
    • MedTech, healthcare, or similarly regulated industry experience preferred.
