Serve as the senior maintenance advisor to business and site leadership, providing recommendations regarding asset risk, business continuity, operating constraints, maintenance investment, and equipment lifecycle strategy.

Build organizational capability by assessing leadership and technical needs, developing maintenance managers, strengthening succession plans, and establishing clear expectations for performance and accountability.
Promote a culture of safe work, ownership, disciplined problem-solving, continuous improvement, and collaboration between maintenance and operations.
Ensure maintenance activities comply with applicable environmental, health and safety requirements, company standards, quality systems, and regulatory obligations.
Represent the maintenance organization in site and business-level planning, operating reviews, capital discussions, workforce planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
