Job Details
- Lead daily operations, including scheduling, workforce, safety, quality, and maintenance
- Own delivery, quality, safety, and cost targets, including budgets, labor planning, and variance analysis
- Drive continuous improvement to cut waste, shorten cycle times, and raise first pass quality
- Champion safety through floor walks, incident investigations, and corrective actions
- Hire, coach, and develop a high performing production team
Requirements
- 8 plus years of manufacturing or plant operations leadership, including 3 plus years running a production facility
- Strong background in lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and VSM, plus quality systems such as ISO 9001
- Proven track record managing safety programs and reducing TRIR
- Experience with ERP and MES systems, plus P&L or cost variance analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or operations, or equivalent experience
