Senior Manager - Oracle Cloud SCM (Procurement, Inventory & Order Management)

Wesco is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management solutions. The ideal candidate will partner with business and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, integrated supply chain solutions supporting Wesco''s digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the solution owner for Oracle Cloud Procurement, Inventory Management, and Order Management.
• Lead solution architecture, requirements gathering, and business process design workshops.
• Design and govern integrations between Oracle Cloud, Blue Yonder, OMS, warehouse systems, and enterprise applications.
• Drive configuration, extension, reporting, and process optimization initiatives.
• Provide technical leadership throughout design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to deliver scalable and supportable solutions.
• Mentor functional and technical teams while ensuring adherence to architecture standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required.

• 10+ years of Oracle SCM experience.

• 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience with Oracle Cloud SCM.

• Strong expertise in:

• Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud

• Oracle Fusion Inventory Management Cloud

• Oracle Fusion Order Management Cloud

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

• Experience leading enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud implementations and enhancements.

• Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form

• Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects

• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
