About the role:
The Senior Manager, People & Organization ("P&O") - Pacific Northwest (PNW) leads the execution of core Human Resources processes within the Fashion boutiques in the market, as well as identifies opportunities for specific people strategies. The Senior Manager, People & Organization - PNW is a key business partner to the Boutique Leadership Teams ("BLT") in the market, helping build their leadership skills and driving performance in a human driven way. Primarily based in the San Francisco boutique, the Senior Manager, P&O - PNW, will also support the Neiman Marcus San Francisco, Nordstrom Valley Fair, Palo Alto and Hawaii boutiques. Our ideal candidate will be both hands on and strategic, drawing upon their passion for building relationships and experience in creating effective solutions.
