Oracle Managed Kubernetes (OMK) is Oracle Cloud Infrastructure's (OCI) enterprise-grade Kubernetes service that provides a managed, scalable, and secure environment to deploy containerized applications. It is built on the open-source Kubernetes engine and designed to simplify operations, improve performance, and provide deep integration with the broader OCI ecosystem.

We are seeking an experienced hands-on senior engineering manager to manage and grow a team of highly talented engineers responsible for designing, building, and operating software systems for OMK. You will own delivery, architecture, reliability, and operational health across multiple software areas while developing strong engineering leaders and technical talent.

The ideal candidate is an experienced engineering leader with a strong background in distributed systems, cloud services, operational platforms, and people leadership. You are comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-scale environments, driving technical strategy, building durable teams, and partnering across engineering, product, operations, and infrastructure organizations to deliver measurable business impact.
