We are currently seeking a Senior Manager, Solutions Architect - Digital Experience & Commerce to lead architecture across our marketing, content, commerce, sales, and service platforms. Functioning within a federated Enterprise Architecture framework, you will translate business strategy into decision-ready builds. You will work with the Sales and Marketing product owner, digital delivery teams, and system specialists.

What you will be doing:

• Architecting consumer experiences and end-to-end user journeys across digital commerce platforms, leveraging Adobe Commerce and content management capabilities
• Shaping digital experience, content, and commerce architecture across customer-facing digital platforms.
• Leading omnichannel architecture and design across Adobe Commerce, Shopify, Amazon, and other digital sales channels.
• Orchestrating integration, CRM, data, and platform specialists to deliver connected solutions across the sell-side technology landscape.
• Owning high-level builds and cross-technology integration frameworks throughout the Define and Build phases of the architecture lifecycle.
• Advising vendor evaluations, product selections, proofs of concept, and solution assessments for alignment with enterprise standards and technology roadmaps.
• Preparing Architecture Review Board submissions, resolving findings, conducting post-implementation reviews, and supporting the transition from solution design through build and run.

We want you to have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of information technology experience, including 5+ years as a solution architect or technical architect.
• Hands-on architecture experience with Adobe Workfront, Workfront Fusion, AEM Assets, AEM Sites, AEM as a Cloud Service, and Adobe Commerce.
• Experience developing high-level designs, cross-platform integration patterns, non-functional requirements, and architecture governance work.
• Knowledge of digital commerce, content management, campaign management, digital asset management, and omnichannel architecture.
• Working knowledge of integrations between Adobe Commerce, contemporary order management systems, Azure integration platforms, and SAP order-to-cash capabilities.
• Strong communication and customer leadership skills with the ability to connect enterprise strategy, architecture direction, and technology delivery.
• Familiarity with an architecture framework such as TOGAF and experience operating within a federated Enterprise Architecture model.
