Senior Manager, S2C Strategy
Physical Location of Position: Bogota, Colombia
The Senior Manager, Source-to-Contract (S2C) Strategy will lead the development of the strategy and play a critical role in driving transformational initiatives aimed at optimizing our end-to-end source to contract processes. They will collaborate across the enterprise, function and external teams (as needed) to successfully shape the strategy and deliver complex projects within their domain.
They will be responsible for assessing internal stakeholder needs and benchmarks, and for developing a clear, actionable Source-to-Contract strategy that drives the evolution of these capabilities within Procurement. The Senior Manager, S2C Strategy will leverage cutting-edge technologies and reimagine processes to enhance operational efficiency, unlock incremental value, and elevate the experience for both Procurement teams and business partners. This role will require extensive collaboration with ONE Procurement, change management, training, technology partners, and subject matter experts, while effectively managing resources aligned to domain priorities. They will ensure that technology investments align with business requirements and deliver measurable value and ROI.
