Role Summary
The Sr. Recruiter will support hiring across our US business, managing strategic positions necessary to achieve our business strategy while stepping in with our Global functions as needed. The companys portfolio of innovative medicines is designed to bring more life-saving treatments to a greater number of patients, across the entire spectrum of disease and in a variety of tumor types. You will play an active role to ensure our businesses have the right talent to meet these goals.
In this role, you will be expected to act as a Strategic Partner with our hiring teams to engage the external candidate market through a variety of outreach tactics while building a diverse and qualified talent pool. You will have the opportunity to enhance the Talent Acquisition function to scale and support the workforce goals of the organization. This position will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Salary Range
The salary range for this role is $145,000 - $166,000. An employee's pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Employees in this position are also eligible for Short-Term and Long-Term incentive programs.
