Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Boulder, Colorado
Schedule: Onsite, M-F
Pay Range: $120,000 - $155,000

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Senior Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department, supporting cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s commitment to excellence and innovation.

What's the Job?

• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues
• Analyze production data to identify areas for process optimization and cost reduction
• Lead efforts in process validation and compliance with industry standards
• Mentor and support manufacturing staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement

What's Needed?

• 10-15 years experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or demonstrated use and knowledge of Lean Six-Sigma methodologies and tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, tools, and quality standards
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and industry practices
