Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $70.00hr

Job Overview:

Lead end-to-end manufacturing process development for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and business objectives. Apply advanced manufacturing principles to optimize equipment performance and drive efficient, scalable production processes. Champion continuous improvement initiatives using organization standards and tools to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality. Establish and standardize manufacturing methods and best practices to ensure consistency and operational excellence. Influence and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders and external partners, to drive alignment and successful project outcomes. Coordinate cross-functional and external resources to execute project deliverables on time and within scope. Serve as a technical leader by sharing expertise, coaching stakeholders, and strengthening overall team capability. Build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to support collaboration, knowledge sharing, and sustained process improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement through structured problem solving, standardized process documentation, and data-driven decision-making to enhance quality and reduce cost.
• Drawing Interpretation - Integrates product design and manufacturing equipment engineering drawings to support the design and development of an optimal manufacturing process that meets product design specifications.

Skill, Education, or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field, with 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
