Senior Facility Maintenance Technician - FortWorth Alliance, TX
Day Shift: M-F 7:00am – 3:30pm $33 per hour or Night Shift: Hrs. TBD - $33 per hour + $2 shift differential
Position Summary
The Senior Facility Maintenance Technician will have RECENT experience working in a Manufacturing or Semiconductor facility operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical facility utility systems that support semiconductor manufacturing operations. This role serves as a senior technical resource, providing advanced troubleshooting, maintenance leadership, and operational support to ensure reliable 24/7 facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and operate facility systems through FMCS, BMS, and SCADA platforms.
Lead troubleshooting and recovery of HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Respond to facility alarms, equipment failures, and abnormal operating conditions.
Perform operational switching and support emergency response activities to maintain system reliability.
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance activities on critical utility equipment.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to maintenance technicians.
Coordinate maintenance and repair activities with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams.
Maintain maintenance records, work orders, reports, and CMMS documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, LOTO requirements, and company policies.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required, Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Engineering, or related field preferred.
Technical certification or military technical training is a plus
Experience
5-10+ years of RECENT facility operations and maintenance experience in semiconductor manufacturing, data center, pharmaceutical, or similar critical environments REQUIRED.
Experience with facility monitoring systems such as FMCS, BMS, or SCADA preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Must have advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, knowledge of critical utility systems and reliability practices, understanding of OSHA, LOTO, and industrial safety requirements, ability to read technical drawings, schematics, P&IDs, strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities and experience using CMMS and facility monitoring systems.
