Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing NPI Program Manager to lead manufacturing readiness and productization activities from concept through production release. This role will serve as the manufacturing focal point for the assigned product, driving Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs), build readiness, risk retirement, cross-functional execution, manufacturing release. The successful candidate will ensure products are manufacturable, scalable, supportable, and ready for production.

Key Responsibilities

·   Lead Manufacturing Readiness Reviews (MRRs) and manufacturing phase-gate activities throughout the product lifecycle.

·   Develop and maintain manufacturing readiness plans, schedules, build scorecards, risk registers, and action trackers.

·   Drive closure of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, service, and operations deliverables required for phase exits and production release.

·   Coordinate Engineering, Alpha, Beta, and pilot builds, ensuring materials, resources, tooling, documentation, training, and facilities are ready.

·   Lead cross-functional issue resolution and risk retirement, with clear ownership, due dates, evidence, and escalation paths.

·   Track and communicate program health, critical-path items, readiness gaps, and executive-level risks.

·   Drive manufacturability reviews, build performance improvement, factory readiness, and production transfer activities.

·   Ensure lessons learned, build issues, and carryover actions are incorporated into subsequent builds and release decisions.

·   Facilitate timely decisions and accountability across Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Service, Operations, and Program Management.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

·   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical discipline.

·   6+ years of experience in NPI, manufacturing engineering, technical program management, operations, or product development.

·   Experience leading complex hardware programs from development through production release.

·   Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, product lifecycle management, build readiness, and productization.

·   Proven ability to drive accountability and results across functions without direct authority.

·   Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

·   Experience in semiconductor capital equipment, metrology, inspection, or complex electromechanical systems.

·   Experience with DFMA, PFMEA, manufacturing readiness reviews, factory transfers, and production ramps.

·   Experience with ERP, PLM, MRP, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary Range:

$92,000.00 - $138,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.

• Additional Rewards: Annual bonus opportunities and potential long-term incentives tied to both company and individual success.
