Your location must support this need.What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional service, satisfaction, and retention.Develop, present, and optimize data‑driven marketing strategies aligned to client goals and budgets.Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs, and communications.Draft strategic and creative briefs and collaborate with creative, digital, and shared services teams.Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.Partner with program and business development teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities.Manage budgets, project set‑up, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure operational efficiency.Lead campaign reviews and post‑project debriefs to support continuous improvement.Required Technical Skills 8+ years of experience in marketing account management, client services, advertising, or communications.Proven success leading integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns.Proficiency with marketing analytics platforms, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards.Ability to budget, forecast, and track marketing spend and performance metrics.Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.Preferred Technical Skills Experience in energy efficiency, sustainability, or program‑driven marketing environments.Agency experience with multi‑stakeholder accounts.Advanced degree or marketing/communications certifications.Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and demand generation frameworks.Experience analyzing data to guide marketing strategy and client recommendations.Soft Skills Highly organized, detail oriented, and effective at prioritizing in fast‑paced settings.Strong relationship building skills with a collaborative, client‑focused approach.Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills.Proactive, innovative, and committed to continuous improvement.Work Environment Collaborative, mission‑driven culture focused on delivering measurable marketing impact.
