Senior Marketing Director

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Marketing Director in Phoenix, AZ. Key Tasks:

• Responsible for designing, leading, and executing the marketing and sales support efforts for key business lines or areas throughout the bank
• Will be a key leader in the marketing department and serve the organization with broad scope of responsibilities across geographies
• Responsible for translating business goals into measurable marketing outcomes, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and analytics
• Key responsibility is to be a strategic partner for executives, business units and departments on brand management, public relations, event marketing, and business development initiatives
• Another key responsibility will be overseeing marketing operations including compliance, risk, and process governance
• Responsible for leading marketing strategies and budgets for business line(s), new or enhanced products, company strategic initiatives, and special projects
• Assist the Chief Marketing Officer with brand management, product development and analysis, campaign development, media spend and placement, risk and compliance related items and vendor management
• Manages PR consultants and develops market and industry specific public relations strategies

Requirements:

• Must have commercial banking experience from a large bank
• Regulatory compliance experience (Need to be able to lead all risk compliance audits for the department to make sure the Marketing department is fully compliant)
• Ability to delegate policies and procedures assignments to the team members
• Need to have risk compliance from a past role at a bank
• B2B marketing for a commercial bank
• Project management experience
• Public relations experience
• Speaking marketing operations experience
• Leadership and managerial experience will have two direct reports
• Strategic mindset
• Ability to build solid relationships with stakeholders and C level executives
• High level reporting writing skills
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Interpersonal skills
