Automotive Service Technicians – All Experience Levels

Performance Auto Group is expanding, and we're looking for Automotive Technicians of all skill levels to join our growing Ford dealership. Whether you're just beginning your automotive career, an experienced technician, or a Master Certified Ford Technician, we have opportunities for you.

Responsibilities

  • Perform maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately.
  • Diagnose vehicle concerns using the latest Ford diagnostic equipment.
  • Complete repairs according to Ford and manufacturer standards.
  • Communicate findings clearly with service advisors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Work as part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

  • Previous automotive repair experience preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
  • Ford certification is a plus but not required.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Own basic hand tools (advanced technicians should have a complete tool set).
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
