Job Description
- Lead the design and development of new products and product enhancements.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and manufacturing drawings.
- Perform engineering analyses including FEA, motion, thermal, and related simulations.
- Develop tolerance stack-ups, GD&T documentation, and manufacturing specifications.
- Support product testing, validation, and design verification activities.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Drive Design for Manufacturability (DFM), cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on key projects.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years of product design and development experience.
- Strong CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks.
- Expertise in GD&T, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawings.
- Experience with FEA, motion analysis, CFD, thermal analysis, or related engineering tools.
- Knowledge of machining, molding, stamping, casting, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skills.
