The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for mechanical and product design, product development, engineering analysis, and design optimization. The role focuses on 3D CAD, CAE/FEA, VAVE/value engineering, cost reduction, engineering changes, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering
6+ years of mechanical engineering experience
Strong mechanical/product design and 3D CAD experience
Experience with VAVE / value engineering and cost reduction
Product development and engineering support experience
Experience with CAE/FEA, including structural, vibration, and fatigue analysis
Experience with engineering changes, documentation, and design optimization
Ability to work with cross-functional engineering and quality teams
Lead mechanical and product design activities using 3D CAD.
Support product development and engineering projects.
Perform CAE/FEA, including structural, vibration, and fatigue analysis.
Drive VAVE/value engineering and cost-reduction initiatives.
Manage engineering changes, technical documentation, and design revisions.
Optimize product designs for performance, quality, manufacturability, and cost.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
Provide technical support throughout the product development lifecycle.
