    Position Overview:

    The Senior Mechanical Engineer plays a crucial role in our team, responsible for designing mechanical systems, components, and assemblies with precision, efficiency, and creativity. This individual will contribute to the development of custom machinery, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, reliability, and safety.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with sales team to provide technical support and contribute to the development of project proposals, including conceptual design and estimation of engineering effort.
    • Design mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software, ensuring adherence to industry standards and customer specifications.
    • Generate detailed engineering drawings and documentation, including part and assembly drawings, bills of materials, and assembly instructions.
    • Select appropriate materials, components, and manufacturing processes to optimize performance, cost, and manufacturability.
    • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source components and ensure timely delivery of materials.
    • Participate in prototype development, testing, and validation, providing feedback and making design improvements as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, controls engineers, and technicians, to integrate mechanical and electrical systems seamlessly.
    • Support manufacturing and assembly processes, providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance as required.
