We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our growing Facilities division in Philadelphia, PA. This is more than just a job - it's a chance to shape your career, grow alongside a collaborative team, and help design the future of infrastructure solutions across the country.
Position Summary
The Senior Mechanical Engineer will lead the design and analysis of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems for a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. In this role, you will manage all phases of project delivery, from planning and design to construction administration. Additionally, you will serve as the primary client contact and provide technical mentorship to junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
PE licensure preferred; EIT considered for candidates actively pursuing licensure.
6 to 12 years of mechanical design experience in commercial, industrial, and institutional building facilities.
Strong working knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and client relationships.
Superior organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Sustainable design experience with LEED accreditation a plus.
