We are seeking an experienced Sr. Mechanical Engineer to join a growing, forward‑thinking engineering team in the Tampa Bay region. This is a high‑visibility role with significant technical leadership responsibilities and the rare opportunity to earn equity in the company.

Qualifications

Required Experience & Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 6+ years of professional engineering experience
• Proven experience designing Surgical Suites, Surgery Centers, or Hospital Operating Rooms
• Demonstrated leadership in Mechanical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection (MP/FP) design
• Active PE license required
