    What You Will Do

    • Design and develop mechanical systems for testing applications, ensuring robust performance under various conditions.
    • Utilize Python for data analysis and automation of testing processes.
    • Implement and manage data acquisition systems, integrating sensors and instrumentation for precise measurements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize test protocols and improve product reliability.
    • Conduct thorough testing and validation of mechanical components, documenting results and providing actionable insights.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues, enhancing system performance and efficiency.
    • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 4–15 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a focus on testing and validation.
    • Proficiency in Python, LabVIEW, and MATLAB for data analysis and system control.
    • Hands-on experience with data acquisition systems and various sensors, including load cells and strain gauges.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successful project execution.

    Preferred

    • Experience in the logistics, hardware, or defense industries.
    • Familiarity with advanced materials and manufacturing processes.
    • Previous involvement in cross-disciplinary engineering projects.

    Compensation and Benefits
