This role demands a strong understanding of industrial plumbing, HVAC and utility systems, construction processes, excellent leadership, and communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.Duties/Responsibilities:Buyout of subcontracts to include creating project specific scopes of workBuyout of materials and equipment for plumbing, HVAC, and industrial piping systemsCoordination of project submittalsPreparing and updating the project schedule.
