A brand new, independent, physician led, private equity backed senior care organization is launching nearly 100 care centers across Florida, 100 percent senior focused primary care, and it is hiring the physician executive who will own clinical performance for its Greater Orlando market of more than 20 centers, in a true dyad partnership with the market's operating leader.

What you will own

• Medical cost and quality for a 20 plus center market, with the clinical strategy that moves the Medical Loss Ratio
• Specialty partnerships and sub capitation pathways covering the market's costliest episodes of care
• Utilization management architecture and medical necessity standards, built once and built right
• HCC documentation governance that captures true patient complexity across every center
• The physician bench itself: recruitment, retention, and a peer culture worth joining

What you bring

• MD or DO, board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Active Florida license, or a clear and immediate path to one
• Five plus years of clinical leadership inside value based or Medicare Advantage care with direct medical cost ownership
• A record of moving provider behavior through evidence and peer influence

Compensation sits in the top quartile of the market with meaningful incentive, in a state with no income tax. Conversations move quickly.
