Senior Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management Specialist

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Job Overview:

The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist, responsible for planning, configuring, implementing, and supporting the organization's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, configure, implement, and support the organization's mobile device management and endpoint management environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune.
• Configure device enrollment, compliance policies, conditional access, application deployment, and security baselines.
• Manage Apple Business Manager integration and Android Enterprise integration.
• Provide migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer, and implementation recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards.
• Work collaboratively with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline the mobile device deployment and management process.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.

Preferred/Not Required:

• Experience working within state government or public sector environments.
• Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning.
• Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards.
• Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management.
• Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
