  • Establish and maintain full traceability between requirements, design elements, risks, schedules, and verification artifacts.
  • Track measures of effectiveness (MOEs) and technical performance measures (TPMs) to inform engineering decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to mature system architectures and support design reviews.
  • Maintain model baselines, configuration integrity, and quality using collaborative model repositories and version control tools.
  • Support the development of executable models, simulations, and analytical workflows that inform system behavior.
  • Prepare and present model products, findings, and technical insights to review boards and stakeholders.

  • Experience developing executable system models (e.g., OMG‑CSMP certification or equivalent knowledge).
  • Programming experience in Python, Java, or JavaScript for model automation and analysis.
  • Experience working in Agile engineering environments supporting Department of War or Intelligence Community (IC) programs.
  • Experience with UAF or DoDAF architecture frameworks.
