Senior .NET Developer (Angular)

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer with strong hands-on expertise in .NET, Angular, and Microsoft SQL Server to support enterprise application development, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.

The candidate will work closely with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand business requirements, design technical solutions, and deliver scalable, maintainable applications. The role requires strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 4 7 years of hands-on experience with .NET, Angular, and MS SQL Server.

• Strong experience developing and maintaining enterprise applications.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework and/or .NET Core, and ASP.NET.

• Strong experience with Angular for front-end application development.

• Strong SQL Server skills, including database queries and application integration.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and working software.

• Experience working in structured development environments with established standards, methodologies, and governance processes.

• Excellent communication, customer-service, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing requirements.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Bachelor's degree required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Collaborate with business analysts, agency stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Support application enhancements, work requests, and operational activities.

• Design and deliver maintainable, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

• Understand existing systems, dependencies, technical constraints, and development standards.

Location and Work Requirements - Mandatory

• Candidates must currently reside within 100 miles of Lansing, Michigan at the time of submission.

• Hybrid schedule requires working onsite every Wednesday and Thursday from Day 1.

• The onsite days are fixed and cannot be changed.

• Candidates must be available for an in-person interview in Lansing, Michigan.
