Design, operate, and optimize the enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability across data centers, branch locations, and cloud environments.
Lead day to day network operations and lifecycle management, including routing, switching, WAN/LAN, wireless, monitoring, upgrades, and capacity planning.
Ensure network reliability and resiliency, proactively identifying issues, leading root cause analysis, and maintaining redundancy and disaster recovery capabilities.
Provide technical leadership and escalation support, setting standards, mentoring junior staff, and guiding vendors and managed service providers.
Partner with infrastructure, application, and business teams to plan and implement network changes that support enterprise initiatives and minimize operational impact.
Evaluate and implement new networking technologies and tools, driving continuous improvement in performance, scalability, and operational efficiency while maintaining accurate documentation.
