Senior Network Analyst (On-site)

We are seeking a Senior Network Analyst for our client to maintain local network infrastructure and respond to network incidents and service requests. This role supports reliable connectivity across network equipment, data closets, and end-user locations.

• Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco SD-WAN routers, LAN switches, and wireless access points.
• Monitor UPS systems and perform firmware updates and hardware replacements.
• Troubleshoot network outages and performance issues, prioritizing timely service restoration.
• Manage requests through ServiceNow, including VLAN assignments, port activation, and hardware deployments.
• Keep network cabling labeled, routed, and documented.
• Maintain organized data closets and audit hardware installations for safety and operational compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco SD-WAN, switching, and wireless technologies.
• Relevant experience based on education: 11+ years with a high school diploma, 7+ years with an associate degree, or 5+ years with a bachelor’s degree.
• Ability to manage service requests and resolve network issues in an operational support environment.

Preferred: Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center, vManage, ThousandEyes, SolarWinds, NetBrain, or Statseeker; knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP address management; or certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Security+.

Pay Range: $47.00 - $51.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
