Senior Network Automation Engineer

As we continue to enhance the efficiency and innovation within our projects, I propose creation of Senior Automation Engineer position within our team. With the increasing complexity of automation technologies and the growing need for scalable and efficient solutions, a dedicated Senior Automation Engineer would provide immense value in streamlining processes, improving quality assurance, and driving automation initiatives forward. In this role, the Senior Automation Engineer would focus on:. Designing and implementing advanced automation frameworks to enhance the development lifecycle Improving overall testing efficiency by introducing continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices. Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring best practices in automation are followed across the team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, reduce manual interventions, and improve productivity. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies (2.) To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions / Reopen Cases (3.) To participate or contribute on EN business in creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans. (4.) To independently resolve tickets & esnure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time are met for the team. (5.) To provide support for on call escalations /L3 level support and doing incident & problem management (6.) Work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, Training freshers, coaching analysts & conducting interviews/participation in hiring drives.
