Senior Network Implementation Program Manager

Location: Texas (Remote)

Role Overview

Our organization is seeking a Senior Network Implementation Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of critical network infrastructure programs. This position requires a professional capable of driving complex project lifecycles, managing key vendor partnerships, and optimizing operational squad structures. The selected candidate will leverage data-driven insights to establish robust reporting frameworks and deliver high-level executive readouts to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage network implementation programs end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors to facilitate seamless service delivery.
• Conduct thorough quality audits and generate detailed reports on work performed by internal teams and vendors.
• Balance workloads across resources to optimize productivity and meet project milestones.
• Define and refine the operational structure and working processes for project squads.
• Utilize Business Intelligence (BI) and Power BI tools to analyze complex data sets and inform decision-making.
• Synthesize operational data to provide concise, high-level summaries and readouts for executive leadership.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field of study is preferred.

Experience: Extensive experience in technical program management, specifically focused on large-scale network implementations and vendor management.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, artificial intelligence tools, and advanced project management systems.
