Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced OCI IAM Consultant with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, and cloud security.

Seeking a senior consultant with 10+ years of experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise identity and cloud security solutions. The candidate must have strong hands-on implementation skills, architecture experience, and the ability to lead complex IAM initiatives across public- and private-sector environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage OCI IAM solutions, policies, users, groups, and access controls.
• Configure SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and identity federation.
• Integrate OCI IAM with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, LDAP, and enterprise applications.
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, and identity lifecycle workflows.
• Secure cloud environments and enforce least-privilege access.
• Support Kubernetes/OKE, high availability, disaster recovery, and cloud security.
• Conduct security assessments and support SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and work with cross-functional technical teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with OCI IAM architecture and implementation.
• Expertise in SSO, federation, identity provisioning, and access management.
• Knowledge of OCI security, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP security.
• Knowledge of SQL, Java, Jenkins, Ansible, or automation tools is a plus.

Preferred: OCI certifications, CyberArk/PAM experience, and experience supporting large-scale enterprise IAM environments.

Note: Candidates should have strong practical experience designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise OCI IAM solutions.
