Driving: May drive personal car on occasion. Mileage can be expensed

Job Description:
Primarily mailroom duties: sort, apply postage and distribute mail at multiple mail stops in 4 buildings. Shipping and receiving of US Government Client, UPS, and FedEx. Experience in production copy / print a plus.
Assist with conference room setup (moving chairs and table into various configurations), assist with copy / print / finishing in Print shop, assist with checking copiers on various floors for paper and toner levels, pick up mail from mail stops. Looking for a Self- motivator, someone who takes initiative and strong attention to detail, must be punctual. Lifting limited to max of 50 pounds, walking, standing, utilization of office equipment. Initially 3 months- could be extended or engage to permanent for successful candidate.
