Senior On-Site Service Specialist (Monroe, NC)

Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Senior On-Site Service Specialist to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Monroe, NC.

Job Title: Senior On-Site Service Specialist
Work Location: Monroe, NC
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• This is a print production and data entry role that takes place in a print shop with a high-volume Ricoh printer.
• The contingent worker will be responsible for printing manuals, pamphlets, booklets, and more relating to the washing machines, dishwashers, and other appliances produced in the factory.
• Once print jobs are completed, they will sometimes need to be walked through the factory and dropped off with the relevant products.
• There will be some document scanning and data entry as well. However, there won't be any mail duties; this is a strictly print shop role.

Skills & Qualifications :

• The manager is looking for candidates with customer service background/skills. Print production experience is preferred but not required as the Site Leader will provide training.
• Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds (a case of paper).
• Free parking available.
• Dress Code: Steel Toed Shoes for walking the factory floor and the customer requires bump caps when walking on the factory floor - otherwise business casual (Slacks, collared shirt, etc.)
• Driving: No
