Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor to join the Cash Management Operations Group within the Wholesale Lending Operations. Learn more about career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.
Responsibilities
Process cash disbursements to customer accounts, including accounts payable, balances, and reconciliation-related transactions, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Research customers' accounts and process refunds based on the request details.
Research, resolve, and remediate bank account issues and related activity across multiple systems.
Build knowledge of cash disbursement processes that support partner teams across Cash Management Operations.
Support escheatment activities by researching funds, coordinating fund movement, and partnering with multiple lines of business.
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve team goals
Receive direction from leaders while independently managing assigned responsibilities and priorities
Required Qualifications:

Experience with automatic payment processing
2+ years of accounting experience, accounts receivable or accounts payable
Experience in a financial operations environment
Customer service experience preferred
Structure of accounts experience preferred
Data entry experience preferred
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to independently provide summary and recommendations on operational data
Basic Microsoft Office skills (advance) excel pivot tables
