Senior Operations Systems Analyst

Precise Systems seeks a Senior Operations Systems Analyst for NSWC Dahlgren.

This role is contingent upon contract award to Precise Systems. 

Required Education:

• High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:

• Twelve (12) years’ experience or equivalent in threat system analysis and/or operation of U.S. Navy Electronic Warfare systems. 
• Demonstrate experience in the following areas: 
  • Threat systems, red adversary tactics and kill chains, blue force Operational Plans, Fleet operations, specializing in Electronic Warfare and Information Operations. 
  • Electronic Maneuver Warfare systems and operations, Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations, and generation of Electronic Warfare Gaps and Capabilities. 
  • Experience with LINUX and MS Windows operating systems 
  • Systems development and/or testing and creating/reviewing technical documentation, Concept of Operations, Concept of Employment, Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs), Developmental and Operational Test & Evaluation. 
  • Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) process 5000 series. 
  • System variants of the AN/SLQ-32 (V) and integrated systems. 

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
