We are building the next generation of optical interconnect systems, and reliability is at the heart of what we do. We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Optical Reliability Engineer to join our OISL Reliability team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the long-term reliability and performance of optical systems, components, and subsystems - including optical amplifiers and laser-based technologies. You will work cross-functionally with design, systems, and test engineering teams to develop and execute reliability strategies that meet product quality and lifetime requirements.
