Overview

LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Sr. Oracle Fusion Technical Analyst who will serve as a key technical resource for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform implementation. This role drives end-to-end technical delivery across integrations, APIs, extensions, workflows, data migration, reporting, analytics, and related solutions. The position partners closely with business and IT teams to design, develop, test, deploy, and continuously improve technical capabilities while championing standardization, automation, data integrity, and system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion integrations, APIs, interfaces, workflows, approvals, extensions, and automation using OIC and related technologies
• Integrate Oracle Fusion with enterprise, manufacturing, engineering, banking, and third-party systems, partnering with Business Systems Analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion data migration efforts including extraction, transformation, loading, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover while supporting ERP data quality and governance
• Design and deliver Oracle Fusion reporting and analytics using OTBI, BI Publisher, and data extracts, automating reporting to reduce manual and spreadsheet-based processes
• Analyze complex business problems, identify gaps, and advise on system settings and automated solutions in a cost-effective manner
• Serve as an escalation point for integrations, workflows, interfaces, data, and reporting issues, performing root-cause analysis and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead/Architect, functional teams, Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and implementation partners to ensure compliant and supportable solutions
• Drive continuous improvement through Oracle Fusion capabilities, APIs, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies

Qualifications

• Proven Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical experience across implementations, integrations, migrations, deployments, and production support
• Strong knowledge of OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, interfaces, workflows, approvals, automation, and technical extensions
• Experience with data migration, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data governance
• Strong proficiency with OTBI, BI Publisher, reporting, analytics, and data extracts
• Experience supporting Oracle Fusion applications across Financials, SCM, Manufacturing, Engineering, PLM, and Quality
• Strong troubleshooting skills with experience collaborating across business, IT, architecture, cybersecurity, and implementation partners; complex multi-site manufacturing environment experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working on highly visible, mission critical projects
• Superb organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and a variety of internal stakeholders/team members, both internal and external
• Oracle Fusion/OIC certification preferred

Compensation

$75-$80/hr - Dependent on fit and experience
