Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Organization Change Manager to lead enterprise-level change management initiatives and drive successful adEligible to workion of new processes, technologies, and ways of working. The ideal candidate will have strong functional change management experience, stakeholder management skills, and experience working on complex transformation programs. SailPoint knowledge is a plus.

Must-Have Skills

8+ years of experience in Change Management / Organizational Change Management.

Strong experience developing change strategies, change management plans, and adEligible to workion plans.

Experience managing change across people, process, and technology.

Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Experience managing change workstreams within complex enterprise programs.

Ability to identify and mitigate resistance, risks, and adEligible to workion barriers.

Experience defining and tracking change adEligible to workion and benefits-realization metrics.

Strong understanding of employee/customer experience and organizational impacts.

Experience with communications, training, process changes, and organizational readiness.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and facilitation skills.

SailPoint knowledge is preferred/plus.

Develop and execute enterprise change strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.

Assess the impact of changes across people, processes, and technology.

Engage business leaders, sponsors, stakeholders, and impacted teams to drive adEligible to workion.

Lead change management activities throughout the complete project/program lifecycle.

Identify resistance and risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Drive adEligible to workion, proficiency, sustainment, and benefits realization.

Define change adEligible to workion metrics in partnership with business owners and sponsors.

Collaborate with communications, training, business, technology, and program teams.

Provide change management thought leadership for complex enterprise initiatives.

Analyze program results and provide recommendations to improve change effectiveness.
