Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ORMB Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with billing and revenue management solutions, system configuration, requirements analysis, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of ORMB billing and revenue management solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to revenue and billing.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test, and deploy ORMB solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex billing workflows and revenue management processes.
• Troubleshoot billing discrepancies and support revenue reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities for billing-process improvement and automation.
• Maintain solution design, process, and operational documentation.
• Support compliance with applicable financial and regulatory requirements.
