Acadian Thruway, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, United States of AmericaOverviewTo provide efficient and skilled Paralegal Support Services to the Legal Department.Major Areas of AccountabilityReviews legal files to determine issues involved in order to assist attorneys with appropriate action to be taken.Conducts legal research as instructed by the attorneys.Drafts, edits and proofs memorandums of law, initial case analysis reports, appellate briefs and other legal documents in a professional, accurate and timely manner.Assists with file organization and management throughout all phases of litigation.
