Job Summary: This position is a back up for business office functions, providing work coverage for the various operational work units in the RCBS organization. This includes billing, collections, reimbursement validation, cash posting, mail handling, scanning, sorting, assembly, copying, faxing, and data entry functions. In addition, this position provides training to Associates on RCBS processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates.

Key Requirements:
- Prefer minimum of 2 years' experience with insurance billing, collections, payment, and reimbursement verification and/or refunds.
- Must be professional in effective written and verbal communication.
- Experience of working within a multi-facility hospital business office environment preferred.
- Responsibilities
- Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assigned by the manager.
- Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned by the manager.
